    壓力顯示異常
    1、壓力傳感器損壞

    露點過高

    處理方法:調整進氣壓力和溫度。
    2、再生氣量太小
    處理方法:調節再生氣閥門(一定確保兩組開合程度一致),或聯系售后服務人員。
    3、管道
    處理方法:旁通閥是否關嚴,干燥后的氣體是否與其它管道氣體連通。
    故障停機
    1、自動斷電
    原因分析:電路過載
    處理方法:檢查電路并更換短路元件。
    2、低壓停機
    原因分析:進氣氣壓過低
    處理方法:將進氣氣壓調整到指定標準。
    3、高溫停機
    原因分析:溫控模塊線路連接異常、固態繼電器或感溫探頭工作異常。
    處理方法:檢查溫控模塊連接線路、固態繼電器及感溫探頭,若存在異?;驌p壞,須及時更換。

    Regeneration stage of core dryer

After the high-temperature dry gas expands and decompresses to atmospheric pressure in the absorption chamber of the regeneration group mold core, the molecular sieve of the regeneration group is purged from top to bottom. The adsorbent will speed up the separation of water and adsorbent in the body, resolve in the dry air, and discharge from the muffler together with the regeneration gas.

    Abnormal pressure display
    1. Pressure sensor damaged
    Treatment: replace the new pressure sensor.
    2. Leakage or blockage of solenoid valve group
    Handling method: clean the electromagnetic valve seat and muffler, if damaged, it must be replaced.
    3. Blocked or broken air pipe
    Handling method: check whether the tracheal ventilation is normal. If there is any abnormality, replace it immediately.
    4. The pressure plate of valve seat falls off or is damaged
    Treatment: check the pressing plate and replace it if necessary.
    5. Cylinder damage
    Handling method: check whether the cylinder operates normally and replace it if necessary.
    6. Spring elastic deactivation of check valve
    Treatment: replace the spring.
    7. Solenoid muffler blocked
    Handling method: dismantle and clean the muffler. If it is blocked or seriously damaged, replace it immediately.
    8. Flow of regeneration gas
    Treatment: reduce the opening and closing degree of (regeneration air flow) control valve (Note: the regeneration air flow control valve must ensure the same opening and closing degree). If there is any abnormality in the check valve and intake valve, replace them if necessary.
    Abnormal operation of controller program
    1. Controller damaged
    Handling method: check the controller. If it is damaged, replace it immediately.
    After drying, the gas contains a small amount of water
    1. Too large flow or too high oil content with air compressor
    Handling method: check whether the air compressor works normally
    2. There is a lot of rust in the air supply main pipe, blocking the silencer valve
    Treatment method: drain and clean the rust inside the pipeline and air tank, and clean the dirt at the lower end of the muffler.
    High dew point
    1. Intake air quality does not meet the specified standard
    Treatment: adjust the intake pressure and temperature.
    2. Regeneration gas volume is too small
    Treatment method: adjust the regeneration gas valve (make sure the opening and closing degree of the two groups are the same), or contact the after-sales service personnel.
    3, pipeline
    Treatment method: whether the bypass valve is closed tightly, and whether the dried gas is connected with other pipeline gas.
    Fault shutdown
    1. Automatic power off
    Cause analysis: circuit overload
    Treatment: check the circuit and replace the short circuit element.
    2. Low pressure shutdown
    Cause analysis: low intake air pressure
    Treatment: adjust the air inlet pressure to the specified standard.
    3. High temperature shutdown
    Cause analysis: abnormal circuit connection of temperature control module, abnormal operation of solid-state relay or temperature sensing probe.
    Handling method: check the connecting circuit of temperature control module, solid-state relay and temperature sensing probe. If there is any abnormality or damage, replace it in time.
